We started our business in 2003, when our real estate company was created as an association of natural persons under the "Hot Reality" brand by original founder Radim Koliba, graduate of Barcelona faculty of management.
Our philosophy was to provide the most quality service with perspective to become one of the biggest and widely known real estate agency on domestic market. Main target was and still is, the negotiation of sales and letting of property (sale of flats, letting of flats, sale of the houses, letting of the houses, sell of commercial places, letting of commercial places, sale of a land) in Prague and in other Czech regions. We also undertake other activities which are closely related with the real estate business. As time passed, our real estate agency gained reputation and good place between other real estate agencies. In 2006 we transformed into a limited liability company and adopted the name Hot Reality Plus s.r.o.
While in the first year of its activity the number of realized orders was about 20 mil CZK,only the first 8 months of 2006 it was nearly 150 mil CZK and in the first quarter of 2007 even 250 mil CZK.
Obviously, within the activities of our estate agency we provide the following services: complex law services including the preparation and development of all relevant contracts, verification of signatures, authentication of proprietorship from the List of Owners, ensuring financial safe keeping, dealing with the Cadastral office and many other above standard services.
For our clients, among the real estate service, law service or financial service, we also offer help with the ensuring of the move the furniture, working out 3D models, making of the quality made-to-measure furniture, ensuring the constructive services and many other things which are not standard in most of the real estate agencies in Czech Republic.
