We started our business in 2003, when our real estate company was created as an association of natural persons under the "Hot Reality" brand. In 2006 we transformed into a limited liability company and adopted the name Hot Reality Plus s.r.o. We are a strictly domestic company.

Our main target was and still is, the negotiation of sales and letting of property ( a sale of flats, letting of flats, sale of flats, letting of houses, sale of commercial places, letting of commercial places, sale of land) in Prague and in other Czech regions. We also undertake other activities which are closely related with the real estate business.

At the present time, when the real estate market is oversaturated with estate agencies and when estate agencies are almost everywhere, we provide our clients with the most comprehensive services. Whether it‘s to ensure the financing of the property (mortgage loan, consumer lending, property insurance), but also cooperation with companies whose activities are closely bound with the properties. We try to think about the deeper context between the properties and the business.

The buying or the sale of a property is one of the lifetime decisions, one of the most important investments and we understand that fact. Therefore we strive to be truly professional whether it's about the orientation on the real estate market, dealing with the client or with other relevant parties. Obviously, within the activities of our estate agency we provide the following services: complex law services including the preparation and development of all relevant contracts, verification of signatures, authentication of proprietorship from the List of Owners, ensuring financial safe keeping, dealing with the Cadastral office and many others.
